RAD 140 vs LGD 4033

RAD 140 vs LGD 4033 - nootropicunderground.com

SARMs are becoming increasingly popular as a safe alternative to anabolic steroids. They are relatively free from side effects, yet they allow you to pack on muscle and improve strength and performance to an impressive degree.

RAD 140 and LGD 4033 are two of the most popular Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMs) in today’s market. Today, I’ll be running through them both so that you can decide which one will better suit your needs and goals.

RAD 140 vs LGD 4033

Testolone (RAD 140) and Ligandrol (LGD 4033) are two of the most impressive SARMs on today’s market. SARMs have the ability to selectively bind to the body’s androgen receptors: RAD 140 and LGD 4033 specifically affect the performance and recovery of specific muscle tissues and bones, and do so in a very potent way.

Lab based animal research has shown many SARMs to have low toxicity and zero impact on liver enzymes and hormonal levels. This means that they will give very minimal side effects, whilst promoting growth: they work in conjunction with your muscle and bone tissue androgen receptors to stimulate hypertrophy. Research additionally indicates that SARMs can advance the health and viability of your cells once they enter the bloodstream.

Testolone and Ligandrol are known to have a few side effects, though they are nothing compared to the kinds of side effects experienced by anabolic steroid users.

But which is better, if either? What are each one’s strengths and weaknesses? Read on to find out.

Testolone is a SARM created by Radius Pharmaceuticals in 2010, originally designed for the purpose of combating muscle loss and bone density. It was targeted mostly towards those whose symptoms stem primarily from breast cancer. However, like many other SARMs, Testolone was quickly adopted into the fitness world.

RAD 140 is a non-steroidal compound. Its chemical structure is different to that of testosterone, whilst its results are very similar. However, it leads to leaner, more shredded gains and increased endurance, especially over similar compounds like LGD 4033.

Due to its minimal side effects combined with potent lean mass building potential, it has quickly become a favourite of both competitive and amateur athletes and bodybuilders.

Ligandrol or LGD 4033, discovered by Ligand Pharmaceuticals, is also a non-steroidal compound, also reasonably fresh to the market. Like RAD 140, it was originally formulated to treat against muscle loss, though in this case the target was conditions such as muscle wasting, osteoporosis, aging and muscular dystrophy, as well as cancer.

Much like Testolone, athletes and bodybuilders were quick to adopt Ligandrol into their supplement regimes in order to benefit from the immense amount of lean mass it promotes with relative safety. However, bulking phases usually see a greater development of mass on Ligandrol than on Testolone.

So far, so similar: RAD 140 and LGD 4033 work at promoting much the same bodily mechanisms as one another and are used for the same purposes by bodybuilders and athletes. But what effect should you expect from them?

It will always be hard to predict the gains you should make as there are too many variables at work. Training plan, body type, diet, rest and recovery, previous experience, sleep patterns… the list of things that can affect your progress goes on and on. However, we can make some rough estimates based on existing data.

Both Testolone and Ligandrol should allow you to gain a pound or two per work, with some reports going even higher than this. However, Testolone is well known for giving a leaner, cleaner looking build, alongside heightened endurance. On the other hand, Ligandrol is known for mass: you will definitely increase muscle mass at the higher end of my above estimate if you’re using LGD 4033.

However, you need to bear a couple of things in mind when using these two SARMs.

First, and most important, is that they are not miracle drugs. You cannot simply take them and expect to look like Adonis by the end of your cycle. For them to work properly, basic training principles still apply: you will need to push yourself hard in the gym, and keep your diet on point. Basically, train dirty and eat clean, take your SARMs, and enjoy your gains.

Secondly, both will give you a boosted weight gain during the cycle that will diminish a little afterward. This is especially the case with Ligandrol. You shouldn’t worry about this, however. The SARMs cause your body to hoard glycogen, which is then released post-cycle- this accounts for a small weight loss soon after your final dose.

Which one should you choose?

It very much depends on your own personal goals, of course. Both RAD 140 and LGD 4033 are fantastic, muscle building supplements that are relatively risk free. They both give few side effects outside of a little suppression, whilst allowing you to greatly increase muscle mass and strength output.

However, if all you’re looking to do is bulk up with as much muscle as possible, there is a clear winner. Ligandrol will be the best bet, allowing you to swell up very quickly, with your power output greatly enhanced.

If, on the other hand, you want to improve sporting performance aside from just power- improving endurance, speed and athleticism- or if you’re looking for a beach body, then Testolone will be better. You can increase lean mass, looking shredded, whilst you improve your ability to take on higher volume workloads.
